Anna Dogonadze

Anna -Alexandra Dogonadze, also Anna Aleksandre Dogonadze (Georgian ანა დოღონაძე transcribed Ana Doghonadse; * February 15, 1973 in Mtskheta, Georgian SSR ) is a German trampoline gymnast Georgian origin.

Anna Dogonadze lives near Koblenz and trained at the MTV Bad Kreuznach. She is by profession a qualified sports teacher. Dogonadze has since 1998 a German passport.

Her biggest success was the Olympic gold medal in Athens in 2004. Four years earlier at the Olympic Games in Sydney she had suffered falling back from first place in the preliminaries on the eighth of the finals after a feverish cold. Despite good performance in duty and choice, she placed "only" on the 10th Place. Due to the recurring back problems she decided to end her career after the Olympic competition. The planned start at the World Games 2013 in Colombia, together with its synchronous partner Jessica Simon is therefore invalid.

Anna Dogonadze focused on the sporting career of their professional development. Since 1 May 2013, it is responsible full-time coach of MTV Bad Kreuznach and for the " gifted trampoline " at the Olympic base Rhineland-Palatinate/Saarland. Along with her longtime trainer Steffen Eislöffel they will take care of the offspring and lead to competition readiness. At the German Olympic Sports Confederation ( DOSB), she is also an integration ambassador.

In January 2014 Dogonadze was proclaimed as a carnival princess of Bad Ems. As such, they will complete over 60 appearances.

Dogonadze was married to the trampoline Turner Axel Lilkendey. She is the mother of a daughter. In competitions she wore at times the name Dogonadze - Lilkendey.
