Anna Ogino

Anna Ogino (Japanese荻野 アンナ, Ogino Anna, born November 7, 1956 in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture) is a Japanese writer.

Ogino studied at the University of Paris- Sorbonne and completed a dissertation study of French Renaissance literature Francois Rabelais in the Keio University, where she is employed as an assistant.

After several nominations received Ogino 1991 Seoi mizu the Akutagawa Prize. In the same year, inspired by the paintings of Hieronymus Bosch and Pieter Brueghel's novel Buruyūgeru Tonda was born. In the essay - novel Watakushi no aidokusho (1991 ) Ogino be explained to the works of famous authors such as Akutagawa Ryunosuke, Shiga Naoya, Yasunari Kawabata, Dazai Osamu and Yokomitsu Riichi. In 1998 he was awarded the Itō -Sei Prize for Literature. 2001 Ogino received for Horafuki - Anri no Boken the Yomiuri Prize for Literature.
