Anna Piaggi

Anna Piaggi ( born 1931 in Milan, † August 7, 2012 ibid ) was an Italian fashion journalist and " Lagerfeld muse ".

Life

Piaggi was first translator from the publisher Mondadori and was active from the early 1960s as a fashion journalist. Later, she was editor of the women's magazine Ariadne and began in the 1970s for the fashion magazine Vogue to write.

In the 1980s, Karl Lagerfeld Piaggi chose his muse. 2006 was dedicated to London's Victoria and Albert Museum her an exhibition in which 265 pairs of shoes and clothes in 2865 could be seen from her.

Piaggi was married to the photographer Alfa Castaldi, who died in 1995.
