Annals of Emergency Medicine

Annals of Emergency Medicine, abbreviated Ann. Emerg. Med, is a scientific journal published by Elsevier for the American College of Emergency Physicians ( ACEP ). The magazine is published monthly since 1972 and includes original articles, systematic reviews, guidelines for emergency medical practice, case and screen reports and comments that deal with emergency medical issues.

With an impact factor of 4.285 in 2012, the magazine is run according to the statistics of the ISI Web of Knowledge in the first place in the category of emergency medicine. In a collection published in 2009, the magazine was counted among the " 100 most influential scientific journals in biology and medicine".
