Annette Mbaye d'Erneville

Annette M'Baye d' Erneville (* 1926 in Sokone, Fatick region ) is a Senegalese writer and journalist.

M'baye worked as a school principal in Rufisque and formed subsequently in Paris on. In 1959 she began to work as a reporter in Senegal. She founded the women's magazine Awa and worked at Radio Senegal. In addition, she created lyrical works and is director of the Musée de la Femme Henriette Bathily in Gorée.

Annette M'Baye d' Erneville is the mother of filmmaker Ousmane William M'baye.
