Antipassive voice
The antipassive is a form of diathesis, that belongs to the verb morphology. An anti- passive form occurs when the primary object of a transitive action is not expressed, or only occurs in the form of a ( omittable ) adverbial. Sometimes that can actually primary object be expressed in such constructions as a secondary object, and then has a different case. The primary object is depending on the language either the direct or the indirect object. In most languages , only one of the two objects will be repaid by an anti- passive.
Occurrence
Many Ergativsprachen form (rather than a passive form ), an anti- passive. These mainly include the Australian languages , many languages in America as well as some languages on the other continents.
