Antiphilus

Antiphilos ( ancient Greek Ἀντίφιλος, * in the 4th century BC) was a Greek painter, who came from Egypt; he lived around 330 BC as a contemporary of Apelles and excelled both in a noble style than in the rough genre picture.

He is said to have a preference cartoons, lighting effects, scenes from everyday life, but also portraits, like that of Alexander and Philip, painted and this proved a great ease of conception.
