Antonina Yefremova

Antonina Jefremowa (Ukrainian Антоніна Єфремова, English transcription Antonina Yefremova, . Born 19 July 1981) is a Ukrainian sprinter who specializes in the 400 -meter run.

The U23 European Champion of 2001 Sixth at the European Championships in Munich in 2002 and reached the semi-finals at the World Athletics Championships 2003 in Paris / Saint- Denis and at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens. At the World Championships in Helsinki in 2005 she left in the flow.

In 2008, she finished fourth at the World Indoor Championships in Valencia, but was not at the Olympic Games in Beijing on the first round also. 2010 Sixth was at the European Championships in Barcelona.

In the 4 x 400 - meter relay team won with the Ukrainian team bronze at the Universiade in 2005 and gold at the Universiade 2007.

Shortly before the 2012 Olympics, she was detained for doping with synthetic testosterone at the World Athletics Championships in 2011 for two years. Jefremowa had been convicted in a posttest and had dispensed with the opening of the B sample.
