Antonio Thrasybule Kébreau

Antonio Thrasybule Kebreau ( born November 11, 1909 in Port-au -Prince, † January 13, 1963 ) was a Haitian general, politician, and President of Haiti.

Biography

After school he began a military career and was after enrolling at the Military Academy in 1930 worked as an officer. In 1957 he was promoted to colonel.

As the highest-ranking officer, he led a bloody coup against the interim president Daniel Fignolé.
