Anussati

The ten considerations ( anussati, Thai: อนุ ส สติ 10; literally Eingedenksein, mindfulness, observation ) are Buddhist meditation topics or Kontemplationsthemen.

In the texts of the Pali Canon (eg A.VI.10, A.VI.25; D.33 ) six considerations are often called (also re-presentations ):

The ten considerations are part of the forty meditation objects of Kammatthana that are listed in the third chapter of the post-canonical Visuddhimagga work of the famous Buddhist commentator Buddhaghosa. The practitioner should therefore develop his concentration and his " consciousness ". Meditation teacher, individual or all of the forty objects abandon the practitioner. Special attention has, for example, the work of Buddhadasa Bhikkhu Anapanasati found, is still taught in the Wat Suan Mohk monastery in southern Thailand.
