Anyolite

Anyolite (also Anyolith, Rubinzoisit or Zoisitfels ) is a metamorphic rock composed of the mineral zoisite green, red, opaque Korundvarietät Rubin and often black inclusions of minerals of the amphibole ( hornblende ).

First and so far only known locality for anyolite is Tanzania, where he was discovered in 1954. It received its name from the Maasai living there due to its predominantly green color.
