April 25 Sports Club

The April 25 Sports Club ( Chosŏn'gŭl: 4.25 체육 단; Hanja: 4.25体育 团) is a North Korean football club is under the Korean People's Army. The club 's most successful club in the country. The name of the sports group to commemorate the founding of the People's Army in 1932.

The club was founded in July 1949 and was called first sports group for central sports and training school ( Chosŏn'gŭl: 중앙 체육 강습소 체육 단; Hanja :中央 体育 讲习 所 体育 团). On June 25, 1979, the name was changed to Sport Group April 25.
