Arabesque (classical music)
The arabesque ( from French, also: Arabesque ) is in its origin an oriental ornament ( an ornament, see Arabesque ).
The term is used in the music among other things as a bound on any forms, cheerful, flowery, delicate and particularly for the piano composed piece of music. For example, have written arabesques Robert Schumann ( Arabesque Op 18) and Claude Debussy ( Deux Arabesques ).
