Arcus-Air Logistic

Arcus - Air Logistic is a German charter airline for passenger and cargo flights based in Troisdorf and based on the Zweibrücken airport. The passenger flights are offered under the name Arcus Executive Aviation.

History

The company was founded in 1973. In the 1980s, it operated scheduled charter flights from Mannheim to Oberpfaffenhofen and to other European destinations, in the 1990s they took to flight operations between Leipzig / Halle and Dresden.

The subsidiary Cosmos Air Founded in 1997, took to the scheduled air service with a Dornier 328 between Mannheim, Berlin- Tempelhof and London City, the latter had to be stopped due to low demand. Cosmos Air was by 1999 - acquired Cirrus Airlines - the no longer existing since 2012.
