Argalus

Argalos (Greek = Ἄργαλος the Shiny Latin: Argalus ), the son of Amyklas and Diomede, in Greek mythology, the sixth king of Sparta and brother of hyacinth. From Pausanias he is falsely called Harpalus.

He was the father of Dereites and Oebalus. After his death his brother Kynortas was ruler of Sparta.
