Armand Parmentier

Armand Parmentier (* February 15, 1954 in Waregem ) is a former Belgian marathon runner.

In 1982, he won the Antwerp Marathon and won the silver medal at the European Athletics Championships in Athens.

The following year he presented as fourth in the Rotterdam Marathon in 2:09:57 hours with a national record, which was only ten years later broken by Vincent Rousseau, was sixth at the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki and won the Columbus Marathon.

In 1984, he was fifth in Rotterdam and arrived at the Olympic Games in Los Angeles on the 30th place.
