Armando Crispino

Armando Crispino ( born October 18, 1925 in Biella, † 6 October 2003 in Rome ) was an Italian screenwriter and film director.

Life

Crispino graduated in law from, one of the founders of the Cineclub in Turin and was then - worked as a film critic for L' Unità - alongside his friend Raf Vallone. In 1950 he went to Rome and began occasionally as an assistant director and sometimes also work as a screenwriter; while he cooperated with several major authors, especially with Antonio Pietrangeli. In 1966 he celebrated his directorial debut with the comedy Le notti Piacevoli, he was responsible with Luciano Licignani and produced in subsequent years eight films of different genres that were technically convincing and had flair for Pubikumswirksames. Even occasional television orders accepted Crispino.

Crispino was married since 1963 and had two children.
