Armenia women's national football team

The Armenian national football team of women representing Armenia in international women's football. The selection is subject to the Armenian Association.

To date, the Armenian national team never qualified for a major tournament. In a European comparison, the Armenian selection is one of the weakest teams. The best position in the FIFA World Ranking was No. 83 in October 2003. Previously, the team reached only two 1:0 and 2:1 depending victories against Latvia, Estonia, Malta and the Faroe Islands. At the European Championship qualifier on 1 April 2012, the team arrive at 2:4 against Austria for the first time two goals against a team from the top 50 of the FIFA world rankings.
