Armenian Independence Cup

The Armenian Football Cup, also known as Independence Cup, (Armenian: Հայաստանի Անկախության Գավաթ ) is since 1992, organized by the Football Association Football Federation of Armenia Cup competition for club teams of Armenia. After the collapse of the Soviet Union and the subsequent independence of the Armenian Soviet Socialist Republic in September 1991 was led in the Republic of Armenia a private Cup competition. It is the successor of the discharged since 1939 Armenian Cup. He served as a qualification for the football Cup of the Soviet Union.

The final will be held in early May in the rule. Current Cup Winners Armenia (2013 ) is the FC Pjunik Yerevan; with six cup victories is the FC MIKA Ashtarak Pjunik Yerevan together with also record winner.
