Arnaldo Cézar Coelho

Arnaldo David Cézar Coelho ( born January 15, 1943) is a former Brazilian football referee.

The Brazilian referee Arnaldo Cesar Coelho took part in two FIFA World Cups during his career. In the 1978 World Cup in Argentina, he whistled on 10 June 1978, the group match between France and Hungary. In addition, it was used in the two group matches between Scotland and Iran on 7 June 1978 and 18 June 1978 between Germany and the Netherlands as an assistant. At the World Championships in Spain in 1982, he led on 29 June 1982, the group match between Germany and England.
