Arrapha

Arrapcha ( Arrapha ) is a late Bronze Age hurritisches Kingdom in northern Iraq. The eponymous capital was Arrapha, Greek Arrapaxitis, Kirkuk today. By the archives of Nuzi are good information about the economy of Arrapha.

History

From early Babylonian period slaves from Arrapha are known. King Samsu - iluna banned the purchase of slaves from Arrapha because they had been stolen by the Suti. Who bought a resident of Arrapha of the Suti, should lose his money.
