Arthur Leycester Scott Coltman

Arthur Leycester Scott Coltman ( born May 24, 1938 † 2003) was a British diplomat. He was from 1991 to 1994 British Ambassador to Cuba.

Life

Coltman studied at Rugby School and Magdalene College, Cambridge, and a year at the Manchester Business School. After joining the British diplomatic service, he was accredited in Copenhagen, Cairo, Brasilia, Mexico City and Brussels. In 1998 he was forced to retire.
