Audun-le-Roman
Audun- le-Roman ( German Welsch - Oth ) is a commune with 2449 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Meurthe -et -Moselle in the Lorraine region. It belongs to the district Briey and is the capital of the Canton of Audun- le-Roman.
Geography
Audun- le-Roman lies about 18 kilometers west of Thionville and 15 kilometers south of the border to Luxembourg at an altitude 320-396 m above sea level. The municipality covers 7.57 km ².
