Aurélie Revillet

Aurélie Revillet ( born February 13, 1986 in Moutiers ) is a French former alpine skier. She specializes in the disciplines of downhill and Super -G.

Biography

Revillet began as a ten- year-old children's race to participate in the youth categories, she won several French titles. In December 2001, she performed for the first time a FIS race. In 2002, she suffered a torn ACL and fell over a year from long. Inserts in the European Cup was followed from January 2004. At the Junior World Championship in 2005, she finished fourth in the downhill, a year later, she won the bronze medal in the same discipline. In 2006 she became the first of three times French Champion in the downhill.

Without ever having achieved a podium finish in the European Cup, Revillet adopted on 19 December 2006 for the first time at a World Cup race in part, the downhill in Val d'Isere. In the 2011/12 season was Revillets best World Cup result of seventh place in the downhill in Garmisch- Partenkirchen.
