Austin Berry (footballer)

Austin Berry ( born April 5, 1971) is a former Costa Rican football player.

Career

Berry played until the end of 1992 LD Alajuelense in Costa Rica, from there he moved to Germany in the 2nd Bundesliga for SC Freiburg. The Freiburgers he came on 10 March 1993 for the first time to use as he ran aground in the Game against FC Carl Zeiss Jena and in the first minute crowned his debut with a goal. At the end of the season 1992/93 Berry stood with Freiburg, five points clear at the MSV Duisburg in the first place. There the championship and the rise associated was celebrated in the Bundesliga. In the next season, Berry was on a bet, he played on the 20th match day 4-1 victory against Borussia Dortmund. He was by Juan Cayasso, the second league player from Costa Rica. After the season, he returned to LD Alajuelense. He then worked at Antigua GFC and CS Herediano, where he ended his career in 2006.
