Australia at the 1932 Summer Olympics
Australia participated in the Summer Olympics in 1932 in Los Angeles, USA. Because of the global economic crisis only twelve athletes could participate in the games.
One innovation was the fact that the New Zealand actress Nola Luxford reported every day in a one-hour radio report in Australia and New Zealand on the Olympic Games.
