Australian Lacrosse League

The Australian Lacrosse League ( ALL) from 2004 to 2007, the top division in the Australian men's lacrosse and was taken with the intention of running to develop the sport in Australia and promote. The ALL replaced by their commissioning, the Australian Senior Lacrosse Championships, which took place annually in a hard week.

It took the states of Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia participated in the league. The aim of the League was that all states and territories of Australia with a team in the league are represented.

Each team played twice against each other in games that were on Saturdays and Sundays over three weekends. Each team had doing such a " double-header " in his home stadium and a " double-header " away. The two teams that have the best win / loss ratio to come into force after the regular games in the final against each other.

Lacrosse Australia, the governing body of the men's lacrosse in Australia, trying to expand the league to other states. Instead, however, two of the three participants spoke after four years out against the competition format and so the league format was discontinued.
