History and construction
The SP -4000 was developed from the two-seater Australian Lightwing SP- 2000 Speed and how this is a two-seat low-wing monoplane with a conventional tail unit. The machine has a retractable tricycle landing gear not. The seats are arranged in a closed car in two rows. Access to the cabin is via double doors on both sides. The fuselage is welded from steel tubes and covered with fiberglass. As the Lycoming O -320 engines are offered with 112 to 119 kW Lycoming or Lycoming O -360 with 134-149 kW. The equipment with similar engines by Continental would be possible. The aircraft is also offered as a kit for the Amateurbau.
