Austria in the Eurovision Song Contest 2013
Austria rocks the Song Contest was the title of the Austrian preliminary decision to Euro Vision Song Contest 2013, Malmo ( Sweden). The show was broadcast live on ORF one on 15 February 2013. In a joint vote of televoting and jury Natália Kelly was determined with the song Shine as an Austrian participant of the ESC. By sending Miriam led Weichselbraun and Andi Knoll.

Five candidates were selected in advance by the ORF and music producer Thomas Rabitsch. These occurred in the live show on 15 February 2013 against each other. First, each participant interpreted a winning titles from the history of the Euro Vision Song Contest, after his own title. The rating was equal parts by an international jury and televoting. The Decision show Natália Kelly was announced, entitled Shine as the winner. Composer of the title are Andreas Grass, Nikola Paryla, Natália Kelly and Alexander Kahr. Kelly has represented Austria in the semifinals of the Euro Vision Song Contest on May 14, 2013 in Malmö, but could not reach the final.
