Autonomist Federation

The Fédération autonomiste (FA) (French for: Autonomist Federation ) is a regional party of the political center in the Italian Aosta Valley.

In regional elections in 2003, the Fédération autonomiste obtained together with the party Stella Alpina 19.8% of the vote. However, shortly after the election, the party alliance parted again. In the parliamentary elections of 2006 the party joined with the Union Valdôtaine and the Stella Alpina on the common list Vallée d' Aosta - Autonomy Progres Fédéralisme to, but was beaten by the only party autonomy Liberté Démocratie and could therefore no deputies or senators representing the Aosta Valley in the national parliament appoint. Two years later, Vallee d' Aosta prevailed at least in the Senate elections over the rival list and won a seat in the Italian Senate.
