The Autostrada A53 (Italian for, highway A53 ') ( or also known as RA numbered 7 ), also called ring road di Pavia, Pavia is the link with the A7 Milan - Genoa is and is 9 km long. It is from the Italian Milano Serravalle - Milano SpA ByPass managed and operated and is not a toll road in its entire course. It has two lanes for each direction, but lacks emergency lanes. It was opened on 10 September 1960.

The decree of the President of the Council of Ministers on 21 September 2001 (Official Gazette No. 226 of 28 September 2001 ), the A53 was the numbering RA07.

For the period 2012-2014 a number of measures are planned to modernize the highway with a planned investment of 20.8 million.
