Aykut Akgün

Aykut Akgun ( born September 18, 1987 in Karlsruhe ) is a German -Turkish football player.

Career

Association

Akgun began his career with the German Oberliga side SSV Reutlingen. In summer 2005, Trabzonspor him committed for the youth team. In the following two seasons, he was able to fight for a place in the first team and has been reported to the Turkish third division Zeytinburnuspor. After a stint with the 2nd team of Karlsruher SC and after several stops at other Turkish minor league teams, his former club Trabzonspor signed him over the summer break in June 2011.

For the second half of the 2013/14 season Akgun was loaned out to league rivals Çaykur Rizespor.

National

Akgun started his international career in 2006 with an approach for the Turkish U-20 national team.

Through its services to Karsiyaka SK Akgun was 2011 for the second selection of the Turkish national football team, Turkish A2 Team, nominated and completed three A2 internationals.
