Bad 25

Bad 25 is a special edition of the seventh studio album Bad by Michael Jackson for the 25th anniversary. Bad is the second album of Jackson, which is re-released on its 25th anniversary. The first album was re-released was Thriller ( Thriller 25). In a press release in May 2012, it was announced that the album, which sold over 30 million copies ( the third highest- selling album of all time ) worldwide, is re-released on 18 September 2012. Along with the original album Bad will contain 25 unreleased demo recordings and a live CD and DVD of Jackson's performance at Wembley Stadium during his Bad World Tour, which was hailed by Princess Diana and Prince Charles.

Publication

In May 2012, it was announced that Bad 25 is published in various formats, on 18 September 2012. The album, a two-disc set will contain the original album, as well as unreleased material that was recorded during the Bad - era. The material includes early demo versions of songs from the original album, demos of songs that were not on the final album and remixes. A DVD of Jackson's appearance on 16 July 1988 at Wembley Stadium ( London) will also be published. This performance of Jackson's Bad World Tour is often cited as one of Jackson's best performances, and has been touted as a publication for fans for years.

A box set that includes brochures with photos is to include both the two-disc album and the DVD along with a CD of the Wembley audio performance. Bad 25 is the tenth album, which was released after Michael Jackson's death in June 2009. All ten albums have been given out by Sony and Motown / Universal.

Launch and promotion

Pepsi plans to promote the 25th anniversary of Bad by a billion cans are produced with a photo of Michael Jackson in the Smooth Criminal video. The action is part of the Pepsi campaign, " Live for Now ". Limited Editions of 450 ml cans are also produced. All doses are sold worldwide.

Spike Lee has announced that he has a documentary about Bad, the follow-up album of Thriller produced. The exact date for the release is not disclosed, but the film is to be published at the International Film Festival in Venice, which take place from 29 August 2012 to 8 September 2012. The documentary is a look behind the scenes of the music clips of songs on the album, such as at The Way You Make Me Feel. It will also include special guests who talk about the album. I Just Can not Stop Loving You, the original debut single from Bad, was re-released on June 5, 2012 in the United States as a CD. An unreleased demo recording, entitled Do not Be Messin ' ' Round, was put on the B-side. The single, which was not available as a digital download, has been released on a record.
