Baki Davrak

Baki Davrak ( * 1971 in Säckingen) is a German actor of Turkish descent.

Life

He was educated in Hanover and in the Berlin theater scene. He remained until today also stage actor.

First brought attention to his involvement in the films Lola and Bilidikid ( 1997) by Kutluğ Ataman (his first film role ) and Dealer ( 1999) by Thomas Arslan. Then it was quiet again around him and he denied that there was as a parking attendant in front of a movie theater for a living, to Fatih Akin offered him the lead role as Turkish-born German professor Nejat in the international award- winning film on the other side ( 2007). In the same year Baki was still visible in Brinkmann's wrath by Harald Bergmann.

Colaborations in television series and films such as Wolff's Turf, Eva Blonde or My Crazy Turkish wedding are a third field of action of the actor. He had, however, usually only play small roles.
