Balatonfüred

Balatonfüred [ bɒlɒtonfyrɛd ] ( German outdated: Bad Balaton ) is a city on the northern shore of Lake Balaton in Hungary. The city has about 13,000 inhabitants.

The resort is famous for its mineral springs and its mild climate. The town center consists of buildings from the 18th and 19th centuries.
