Banzai skydive

Banzai Skydiving is a form of competitive parachuting wherein the athletes throw the parachute out of a plane and then jump behind with the aim to reach the parachute to create it and open it before you reach the ground.

The longest ever measured time between the jump and the application of the parachute is 50 seconds.

Craig Glenday ( editor of the Guinness Book of Records) used the sport as an example of records in which people may be in danger.
