Bar Paly

Bar Paly ( born April 29, 1985 in the Russian SFSR, Soviet Union as Barbara Phaly ) is an Israeli model and actress.

Life

Paly was born in the Ural Mountains in the Russian SFSR and moved at the age of seven years to Tel Aviv, Israel.

Paly is Jewish.

Career

Bar Paly started her career as a model in Israel. At age 17, she moved from Israel to Milan, there to be committed by another agency. Shortly thereafter, however Paly moved to Berlin. 2003, the first drama activities were added.

She had roles in television series such as CSI: NY and How I Met Your Mother. In 2008, she starred with Stana Katic, Tom Berenger, William Forsythe, Kelly Hu and Amanda Brooks in Action thriller film Stiletto the role of Staysa. In 2011 she starred opposite Costas Mandylor in the horror film Hyenas the role of Luna.

2013 Paly played the role of Maria Carla in Roman Coppola's comedy film Charlie's World - Really nothing is real and the role of Sorina Luminita in Michael Bays Pain & Gain alongside Mark Wahlberg and Dwayne Johnson.
