Barbados national football team
The Barbadian national football team is the national football team of the Caribbean island nation of Barbados. So far, it's the team not been able to qualify for the CONCACAF Gold Cup or the Football World Cup.
World Cup Qualifiers
As part of the qualification for the World Cup 2010 in South Africa, the team met in the first round of the CONCACAF region to the national Dominica. The first leg in Roseau ( Dominica) finished 1-1 on 6 February 2008. The return match in Bridgetown ( Barbados) on March 26, won Barbados 1-0 and drew with it into the Second Round. There they met on June 15 in the first leg in Los Angeles in the USA and was defeated, 0-8. The return match took place on 22 June, held in Bridgetown and ended 0:1. This Barbados was eliminated.
