Barbilophozia floerkei
Barbilophozia ( German Spitz Beard moss ) is a genus of leafy liverworts from the family Lophoziaceae.
Features
The medium sized plants grow prostrate to erect. The leaves are usually much broader than long and three to vierlappig. In a number of species are located at the base of the leaf cilia. Lower leaves are two columns, sometimes they are missing.
The species are dioecious, often sterile. The oval to pear-shaped Perianthien are folded deep. Partial propagules are formed.
