Bartosz Åšlusarski

Bartosz Ślusarski ( born December 11, 1981 in Szamocin, Poland ) is a Polish footballer.

Career

Association

Ślusarski began his professional career at Lech Poznan in Poland, where he played with the exception of a short trip to league rivals Widzew Łódź until 2004. For the season 2004 /05 he moved to Dyskobolia Grodzisk. There he was to replace Grzegorz Rasiak. In Grodzisk he became a regular player and made it to the national team. In 2006, he ventured abroad and was awarded to UD Leiria in Portugal. In Leiria Ślusarski spent a successful season, leading the club in the UEFA Intertoto Cup and was honored by the fans of the team player of the year. For the 2007/08 season, the striker returned briefly to Dyskobolia Grodzisk, before he moved to West Bromwich Albion to England. Here he was a regular reservist and only came to use one. This was on 20 October 2007 in a 3-2 win against Colchester United. In order to give him more playing time Ślusarski was awarded to FC Blackpool and Sheffield Wednesday. During the winter break of the season 2008/09 West Bromwich separated by the attacker and dissolved the contract on. Then Ślusarski returned to Poland and signed a short time later with KS Cracovia. Here he scored in 37 games in the Ekstraklasa eight goals. For the second half of the season 2010/11 he was engaged by Lech Poznan.
