Baßgeigensee

The Bassgeigensee or Müllnersee is a small lake in the east of the lake valley Keutschacher Keutschacher lake in the municipality Keutschach (Carinthia, Austria ). He received the name because of its shape.

Inflow and outflow forms of Viktringerbach, which flows from the Baßgeigensee in the Rauschelesee. Due to the strong flow and the small volume of the lake it does not reach in the summer by far, the water temperatures of the adjoining larger lakes.

The lake is part of the 2,532 -acre nature sanctuary Keutschacher Lake Valley ( Gazette No. 74/1970, 86/1971 ).
