Batočina

Batočina ( Serbian Cyrillic Баточина } ) is a city and a municipality in the Serbian region Šumadija the river Lepenica. The church in 2006 had estimated about 13,500 inhabitants in an area of 136 km ². The inhabitants are almost exclusively Serbian Orthodox ( 99.8 %).

In the city of 11 primary schools and 4 secondary schools are located. The nearby villages in the area are Dobrovodica, Gradac, Žirovnica Kijevo, Nikšić, Brzan, Milatovac, Prnjavor and Crni Kao. The next largest cities are Jagodina and Kragujevac.
