The Battle of Megiddo, also called Palestine battle was on 18 and 19 September 1918, the last major battle of World War I in the Middle East. This led to the complete collapse of the Ottoman front and to the defeat of the Sanders commanded by Otto Liman Turkish army. Even the day after the British took under General Allenby a the Ottoman headquarters in the West Bank.
