Battlestar Galactica (roller coaster)

Battlestar Galactica at Universal Studios Singapore ( Sentosa, Singapore), two steel roller coasters manufacturer Vekoma, which opened on March 18, 2010.

They belong to the category of dueling roller coaster and have several near- collision situations, which means that the trains get so close while driving that passengers have the feeling that the trains would touch each other - similar to Dragon Challenge in Universal's Islands of Adventure. The two sections are divided into Cylon and Human. Cylon is designed an inverted coaster with 5 inversions and on an extreme ride. Unlike Cylon ride at Human trains on the track, have no inversions and the ride is more designed for family suitability.

Naming, concept and design are inspired by the television series Battlestar Galactica, in which people ( Humans ) against alien Cylons ( Cylons ) fight.
