Batzendorf

Batzendorf is a municipality in the department of Bas- Rhin in the Alsace region. The community is represented with two delegates in the Communauté de communes de la Région de Haguenau. The approximately 30 kilometers north of Strasbourg, this village has 946 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011).

History

During the French Revolution chunk village was a village of Bailliage de Haguenau.

Until 1789, the municipality of war home belonged to the office of mayor Batzendorf.
