Bavar-373

Bavar -373 (Persian باور -373 ) is an Iranian mobile, all-weather long -range surface -to-air missile system to combat fighter aircraft and cruise missiles in all flight altitudes. It should be fully operational during the year 2014. About the actual power spectrum no detailed information is known.

Description

The Bavar -373 system was initiated in 2010 as the S -300 deal finally burst with Russia because of the international sanctions. In September, the Iranian Defense Ministry announced that already " 30 % of the work " had been completed.
