Bavarian Football Association

The Bavarian Football Association ( OFA ) was founded in June 1946 and is the umbrella organization for 4,579 football clubs in Bavaria with over 1.40 million members and over 30,000 teams (as of January 2009). Thus, the BFV is the largest of the 21 regional associations of the DFB.

History
