Bavarian Pt 2/4 N

The Bavarian Pt 2/4 N is a locomotive of the Royal Bavarian State Railways. It was developed in parallel with the Bavarian Pt 2/3 for comparison purposes. Instead of the fixed barrel axis, the locomotive received a bogie. This change did not yield any benefits, so they decided on the construction of cost-effective Pt 2/3. The two vehicles were indeed taken over by the Reichsbahn, but in 1928 retired.
