Bay Adelaide Centre

The Bay Adelaide Centre is a 218 meter high office building in the Financial District of Toronto on the corner of Bay Street and Adelaide Street, which was completed in 2009. The building has 51 floors and is in possession of the subsidiary Brookfield Properties, which belongs to the Canadian Brookfield Asset Management. On the ground floor of the building there are several restaurants, cafes, and boutiques. The building has an underground garage with 1,100 parking spaces. The building is underground connected with the city of Toronto PATH system.

LEED

The building was built in energy saving construction according to the guidelines of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED ). The building was awarded after completion of the Gold status, ie the second highest award, stating that the building is 40% energy savings generated, as a normal building.

Location

The building plays in the cinema horror film Devil, by U.S. director John Erick Dowdle from the year 2010, an important role.
