Baykal Kulaksızoğlu

Baykal Kulaksizoglu ( born May 12, 1983 in Istanbul ) is a Swiss -Turkish football player. He currently plays for FC Tuggen.

Career

Kulaksizoglu was a player of the 1st FC Cologne. He previously played for FC Basel, Grasshoppers Zurich and FC Thun. In addition, he played in the Under-21 national team of Switzerland.

At the 1st FC Cologne Kulaksizoglu received a contract until 2008. Beginning of the season 2006/ 07 he came to some applications, but could not prevail. Under Christoph Daum he came like its predecessor hardly to train. Shortly before the end of the season to Kulaksizoglu suffered a ruptured Achilles tendon in training. The contract between the 1st FC Cologne and Kulaksizoglu was dissolved on 20 December 2007. Then he undertook the BSC Young Boys and brought him back to Switzerland. There he played until the end of 2008/09 season as a defensive midfielder. After Cupfinalniederlage and the playful championship squad list was " cleaned up ", including Baykal had to leave the club. After a trial with Israeli club Beitar Jerusalem Baykal refused due to threats against the fans because of his faith ( Muslim ) from the contract. Later he was taken from Super League club FC Aarau under contract and received the shirt number 4 After the descent of FC Aarau, he moved to Turkey to the second division Karşıyaka SK. After a brief detour to Lokomotiv Sofia in Bulgaria, he moved back to Switzerland for FC Schaffhausen. He captained the FC Schaffhausen back in the Challenge League. However, his contract was not renewed. For the 2013/14 season he moved to FC Tuggen plays in the first league promotion.

National

Kulaksizoglu opted for Switzerland aground. He therefore played for the U -21 national team of Switzerland between 2003 and 2005 23 games with 5 Torerfolgen.
